 Currency conversion

All tuition prices are expressed in Canadian dollars.

If you pay by VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX, your credit card company will do the conversion for you automatically.

For example, let's say you live in Salt Lake City, have an American VISA card, and wish to register for the October 2008 Level Two.

On your registration form you put a checkmark in the "deposit" circle, indicating $265.00 Canadian  is to be charged to your card.   When the Applied Psychology Institute runs through the charge, your bank will automatically convert from $265.00 Canadian to the US dollar equivalent on that day, and debit that amount.  If you'd registered on  August 3, 2007 at 2:23PM EST, your credit card company would have charged you approximately $251.65 US dollars.

Exchange rates fluctuate with market conditions.

Numerous currency conversion calculators are available on the web, including this one from the Bank of Canada

Although you can pay by cheque, it generally turns out to be more expensive, because the banks on both ends charge a hefty conversion fee on top of the conversion itself.
